One day, our overseas customer Cathy asked

“Hi Tony, could you help me to find the best supplier of educational toys in Alibaba.com? so that I can get a variety of design, low MOQ, good price, and fast buy”

This is an interesting request for me, in my option, global buyer know Alibaba, it should be very easy to find out all item wanted with a short time.

But, the truth is, NO!

Type in a keyword, find the product photo, send the contact to supplier and wait for a reply, double check the price, package, MOQ (because the info show on the page is no real.) then check supplier profile and then arrange the deposit to each one.  

26 items, 17 suppliers, $10,000 order value, guess what, I spent 3 full days to handle it( even I am Chinese people can easily talk with a Chinese supplier, if English buyer has to spend more time…)

After that, I think I have to find out an effective way for Cathy to finish her toys purchase.
